A valid drivers license and proof of insurance are required. During booking you may be asked to upload your documents and sign the rental agreement before pickup.
Pickup is available, and delivery is also offered within our service area. Delivery is typically available within a 45 mile radius. Delivery fees may vary based on distance and the item being delivered.
Monday through Saturday 7am to 6pm. Sunday is by appointment. If you need a specific pickup or return time, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Equipment must be returned in the condition it was rented. A cleaning fee may apply if the trailer or equipment is returned excessively dirty. A small service fee may also apply for items such as strap re rolling when applicable.
If tolls are incurred during your rental period, the renter is responsible for those charges. We may collect reimbursement after the rental once toll totals are confirmed.
Yes, extensions may be available depending on item availability. Contact us as soon as possible to request an extension so we can confirm pricing and scheduling.
Renters are responsible for damage that occurs during the rental period beyond normal wear. Please report any issues immediately so we can document and help you resolve it quickly.
